(“NGX”), an exchange for the trading and clearing of natural gas and electricity contracts in North America, Shorcan Brokers Limited (“Shorcan”), a fixed income inter-dealer broker, and The Equicom Group Inc. (“Equicom”), providing investor relations and related corporate communications services.
